Unable to add props pack

I have added the props pack to my unreal library from there I hit add to project but it sends this error.

I have tried running as admin, switching my permissions, and I am unsure where to look next.

I can only find threads with the same question but no solution. I suggest you contact Epic Games support.

Thank you I really appreciate the response. After not getting any answers I decided to see if I could figure it out, turns out that the pack downloads are sent to wherever your Unreal is stored on your pc. I took the pack files and put them into the location my project file was stored in and then was able to add packs to project.
