UE5 Live Coding Feature Missing

I’m on macOS 12.3.1 on my M1 MacBook Pro. Using Visual Studio Code and I already have Xcode installed.

I have UE 5.0.1 installed. I’m on the Obstacle Assault course, lesson “UPROPERTY Variables”. In the middle of the lesson, it talked about enabling live coding. However I don’t see anywhere to enable that.

Where can I enable it?

Thanks.

Hello, I’m super late and you’ve probably figured this out already but if you look up live coding in the search bar at the top you should find it

Already tried, it doesn’t exist.

That’s really weird. I don’t know what to say but here’s a link to a forum where a few people were having the same issue as you and got it solved. Live Coding cannot be enabled after hot-reload has been used - Mobile - Unreal Engine Forums

Live Coding isn’t available on macOS so it would still be using HotReload.
