For anyone having issues with VSC and UE intellisense not working properly one of the solutions that worked for me was resetting your project files - right click on your *.uproject file and choose ‘Generate Visual Studio Project files’ (for W11 users it will probably be hidden ‘under show more options’ at the bottom)

Was having a lot of weird underlines and other issues. Wiped and Reinstalled my environment lots of times. Did tons of searching… and then saw this while browsing Discord searching for fixes.
