UE 5.3 Lights Are Glitcihng

For some reason i am having a lot of trouble with lighting in the Crypt Raider part of the UE5 course. I couldn’t upload a video of the situation i have here so i am leaving a link for my problems screen record. I would really appreciate a hand. I don’t even know what it is relevant of so i tried to show some settings of my lights. I can provide more information about it if you ask. Thanks.
