Udemy Videos Not working

Hello Guys .. i am new here and just enrolled to the course “Complete Blender Creator: 3D Modelling (Compatible with 4.3)”

the first 3 videos are the only ones working and the rest is greyed out.

any help please !!

Hi Kasber

I tested it with my account and it is not a general issue . The rest being greyed out is usually for a course that has not been purchased and your previewing. What you could try is logging out of Udemy and back in to see if this solves it (the old have you tried turning it off and on again :sweat_smile: )

Udemy has a support part of the website https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us that you can check out to see if they have an answer there is also a button there to contact their support.

Thanks for your response … i tried another browser and incognito and cleared cash and resarted my internet and pc and turenet of the acceleration thing .. deleted any extension … now i cant log in because i have been trying alot to log in and out and am block…

any other ideas ? <3

Those would be the things I would try as wel :face_with_diagonal_mouth: have you checked your personal list with courses if it is in there? Also check if the payment went through. Other then that I would contact Udemy support

As for the license and stuff … it is working good because the courses are working on my mobile broswer … but not on my PC so i came with the idea of updating my windows.

i will do and keep you updated with results.

Please stay there if i got bad results <3

Probleme Solved !

I had to update my windows and turn on my full firewalls and my full windows security settings

(which is importnant trick also) Update google chrome by re-installing it.
