I didn’t realise transferring courses off Udemy wasn’t a thing anymore… I would have spent that little bit more to buy it here and supported your site. never mind, next time 
Hopefully Humble Bundles still settle here though… on with the course

It can be even worse. 
It has been a while since I used Udemy. But reactivating my Udemy account ran into huge problems. I have an old account, and due to mandatory two-factor authentication, I had to use an email address to which I no longer have access.
Ultimately, they say they cannot verify my account, that they cannot send the invoice for the purchased courses, and cannot even show a credit card statement. But who still has that kind of information after 10 years? And this is not the only business account I have that is now blocked.
Free internet is dying …
Game dev team sorted me out very fast and I now have this course on game dev tv web page. Thank you support
