The below screenshot shows my audio mixing for the scene:
I decided that my background noise was a bit quiet, so I increased the environment noise a bit. I wanted my traffic noise to be a bit thunderous and scary, so I bumped it up, but decreased the cars noise compared to the trucks.
The footsteps were very loud so I decreased the Character noise levels quite a bit.
