Turn Based Strategy game on Unreal Engine 4 with AI

I have had a hardt time finding a good tutorial to create turn-based strategy games, which is a sector of the PC gamers community that has a lot of followers, for example the Total War Saga among many others.
I would like to learn how to create a map and territory divisions, and hav the AI take decisions on its turns and adapt to specific game and turns dynamic.
I am personally orking on a project for this by coming up with requirements, rules, etc… but will need a way to translate that into a game!!

Ideas for the course to include:
