I am having trouble understanding the “size” and “dimensions”. I have the same values of size as in the video, but my dimensions are different. Also after checking a couple of other photos of students I see that their dimensions are also different than mine and the video, despite having the same size value of 0.5. Can someone explain why is there a difference in the dimensions?
Also another problem I am having is that I used the requested location values but I ended up having the wedge sideways not pointing up. To point it up I had to use the Y axis. Can you also explain this difference, please?
P.S. sorry for the big “123” on the photo. Saw it when I posted this discussion
As far as I can tell, the dimensions and other numbers will be different, depending on the original size and shape of the wedge. As long as the scale in all three directions is 0.50, it should be fine.
On pointing the wedge upward, it has to be done by rotating on the y axis. The location does not change the way the wedge faces.
Hope that helps your understanding.
Thank you for the answer. I think I understand what you mean. After I posted this topic I thought about it myself and kinda came to the same conclusion.
