So I am having some trouble with the snapping tool. Check the link:
I have two small faces at the top of my ramp. When I extrude them using the snapping tool…there is no snap.
I ran a test doing something similar and it’s working. If you haven’t tried it already, you might need to restart Blender.
If you’ve already restarted Blender and are having the same problem, try this:
- Set snapping to “Snap to edges”
- Select the two faces you wish to extrude
- Move your cursor to one of the edges you want the extrusion to snap to
- Hit “E” - the extrusion should automatically snap to the edge
