Here’s my go at the mech. Could’ve add a tad more detail to the joints, learning from mistakes!

Really nice design! I think you’ll love the next section (spoiler alert - there are tripods there 
).
Edit: the only problem with tripods design is that it’s not easy to animate. Nature didn’t make things grow 2 or 4 or 6 legs for nothing

Thanks for the lovely words! And yes, I did have that in mind with the 3 legs, i just went ahead with it because i honestly just thought it looked cool
I’ll keep a bit stricter to nature from now on as in to keep animation in mind! Thanks once again!

Nature is a great source of inspiration, but don’t always constrain yourself to it. Sometimes its good to make something just, because it looks cool . And maybe you can figure out how the 3-leged things could walk that looks cool as well
