Hi everyone,
I was unable to find a todo list in XCODE, so after some digging I found a plugin called XTodo. It can be downloaded directly from the Github repository or, maybe even better, install Alcatraz from http://alcatraz.io the XCODE plugin manager and go from there.

I’ve been struggling with Xcode (8.3.3) for a while searching for the TODO list. It’s right there at the jump bar, the last node shows element in the file you are editing. If you go to Help and search for “TODO list”, “Add code annotations to the jump bar” will be shown. There you’ll find how to use it.
I will definitely check Alcatraz, thanks for the tip ksamualtolch.
