This pretty much appeared after I used the multires:
I just noticed while I was cleaning(deleting) edges after I divided the mouth:
What is this and how do I fix this?

I can’t answer for sure myself, but since this is clearly a Blender question, it should probably be moved to the Blender forum (you’ve asked under Unity Courses). @FedPete @NP5
Looking at it you have double geometry!
Maybe you have a previous backup, check if you can resolve your mistake there. Probably two mesh sets in the same object.
In the current stage, select all and perform a merge by distance.
Are you working on a low and high poly model?
You are right, BH67. I’ve just moved this thread to the Blender subforum.
(This is what I thought Awwab_Shuaib, but I didn’t want to accidentally lead you down the wrong path! Good luck.)
If you have it with the MultiRes still on it, Mute the modifier and examine the base geometry for doubles and such anomalies,
Okay, good.
Sometimes students accidentally work on the low and high poly, seeing those double geometry. Glad you’ve solved the problem.
Have fun!
