Tip for .gitignore files https://www.gitignore.io

Hi everyone,

Posting this in hopes that it could help someone. I always use https://www.gitignore.io to generate my ignore files for git.

Not just for unity or visual studio, you can search for plenty more environemnt/IDE’s there to get most appropriate content for the ignore file and then tweak it if necessary.

Hi Shreedhar,

Thanks for sharing this, it’s really good. What I especially like is that you can enter more than just the one environment/IDE and it builds one complete file.
