Is there some technic to draw this swordsman so he wouldn’t look like someone excited?

If you could share what you have we might be able to make some suggestions.
At this stage if you are on pen and paper a phone image would be fine.
I would say its practise and getting proportions correct.
In 3D modelling for example i often have to move the facial features around and also look at the poses more closely to see how an aggressive stance would be vs a more as you say excited stance and expression.
I good idea is to pull faces in a mirror.
