The subdivision modifier does some miracles to the topology

So after working in subdivision modifier turned on for around an hour I decided to turn it off… and all the topology went crazy in an instance… Good thing that I have been been doing it constantly since.

It is a good idea to turn it off and on. You can consider moving geometry closer to the way it is with the sub div on. A lot of the differences are smoothing and even spacing.

Some uses of support loops would not want altering particularly with ‘hard surface’ items, they are there to hold subdiv softening back, but in this humanoid type model they would probably not be being used anyway.
