The projectile get stuck and it unable to move

sometime i had problem like this following picture. the projectile get stuck and it unable to move.
Could you please to check what is my problem ?

3 it happens when my tank move and fire at same time. if the stank don’t move, it hasn’t the problem.

Have you tried moving the projectile spawn point further away?
