Most sculpting start with block mode, as you did.
Your model is a very good start, for a sculpting session.
But, try to finish this challenge first, then use the knight for a sculpt session on your own.

The knight is hard!! Later in the course you will learn sculpting. Just keep on soldiering through the lectures
