The two poles above the ankle drop the edges to ten at the toes. I’m thinking out loud. I never cared about poles before and just tried to always do quads.

Thank you. There’s a lot of basic information here that was missing in other character tutorials. If I get the basics right, I can build from there. I wish there was another one. Maybe I’ll try Grant’s video game drawing class after.
