Terrain Tools Version 3.0.2-preview.3 brush spacing parameter is broken, low value will place a lot of stamps on top of each other causing “overpowered brush”. Looks like Height brush mask does not map terrain height correctly. Concavity mask worked as expected , moss painted with it.
