Yes, that can be done and those materials and textures are quite high quality.
I think the idea is to show you where you can get textures and also how to set up your own basic materials.
It’s an important skill to know within unreal and it’s easy to do as well.
The course only touches on materials but you create some impressive effects as the Starter content shows.
