Well, I had to look into the video to figure out how to do some of this, and with a lot of frustration, I managed to get it! Also, turns out that I had hit “Alt” at some point, which locks the controls a bit and does some weird stuff. Going to try to be more careful with my keyboard shortcuts, but good to know how to resolve this issue.
