Im haveing trouble with my terrain tools after i installed them i cant lower the terain i already raised trying to lower it to ajust the height and nothing tried ajusting different settings even googled it but no luck before installing the tools it worked great but after adding them the lower function with shift no longer works I think its a bug or something. Im still searching for a solution without having to finish the lesson without the tools if anyone has had the same issue please let me know if you found a solution.

Could you please share screenshots of what you see in Unity? And have you already checked the manual? Many Unity tools are fairly complex, so it often makes sense to check the descriptions.
