Terminal Hacker: Unable to import package

I am using Unity 2019.6f1, when I drag the WM2000 Package.unitypackage into the asset window I am not seeing it appear, nor am I getting any error message that it has failed - has anyone found this. if so, what was the workaround, please?

Hi Gemma,

Welcome to our community!

Do you use a Mac? If so, use the Terminal to unzip the downloaded zip file.

If that’s not your problem, did you drag the WM2000 package into your Assets folder?

Thank you. I am using a Windows 10 desktop computer.

I dragged into the assets area (not into scenes), I have screenshotted where I was dragging it to. I tried the right-click and import as per the video too with no luck :frowning:

Could you also share a screenshot of the file your are trying to import? Click on it. At the bottom of the Windows Explorer, you should be able to see its filename extrension. What is it?

I rebooted my computer and that seemed to have randomly resolve it . Thank you for your help.
