Just a screenshot of some notes with the Different words for the themes I will use for terminal hacker.
Not gone for a theme with the words, just used 4 letter words for easy, 6 for medium and 8 for hard

Based on the words at the government research facility the system administrator isn’t too happy with management

Hm, looks like you’re making some good decisions on anagram difficulty. The easy ones are shorter words with unambiguous spelling, while the harder ones would be a bit more complicated to work out.
The only thing is they don’t look like they’re not part of a theme, though I suppose that’s less important for the purposes of the exercise.
