I decided from the beginning that I wanted to use my own tank model and after looking at some reference images online I came across LEGO tanks and decided to go in that direction. This is still WIP but I was pleased that I managed to get the workflow from 3DSMax to Unreal sorted quite easily. This bodes well for future projects. : )
