Tank game GDD

Concept - War game between two tanks (player vs AI / player vs player) on a plane surrounded by lava
Rules - Last tank standing is the winner. Tank looses health by getting shot by another tank or spending time in lava around the terrain that the tanks are on. A tank has 100 hp, each shot does 40 damage, spending a second (or another reasonable amount of time) in lava depletes the hp of the tank by 10 points.
