System Requirements for optimal rendering in Unreal Engine 4 and Blender 2.8

I have just started the course in July 2020 and am pretty serious about creating my first few games on a new laptop/pc that I am yet to buy.
My budget is about 1000$/ 1,20,000 INR and I want to get the best performance in rendering as possible. (I might be asking too much, but I want to have a device that is future proof.)
I searched online and they are very few answers that are outdated and vague. ( The rise of AMD as not only the underdog but a worthy competitor w.r.t their Ryzen 3000 series CPUs and Radeon GPU’s has added to my confusion and helplessness.
I have a few questions:

  1. Is UE4 CPU or GPU intensive?
  2. Will I need a colour accurate display/ or a one with high resolution and/or refresh rate?
Which is the recommended panel (VA/TN/IPS or LED)
  3. What is the minimum storage I need in my SSD to have an optimal experience?
  4. What devices are you all using? What experiences did you have with your devices?
    Please send me your recommendations/suggestions/advice.

Thanks.
A new and curious student.

  1. Kind of both in a way, compiling including shaders and lighting is the CPU and then actually displaying those GPU. Also the terrain tools are GPU intensive.
  2. That would be your preference.
  3. My Unreal installation folder is 42GB, 27GB of which is debug symbols. Projects can be a few GB, Sam’s Simple Shooter section (which I don’t think uses all the assets) is 23GB So take that as yo will.
  4. In general or for developing? “devices” is a bit vague as well.

Thanks a lot!!
By “devices” I meant laptops/PCs that you guys use [for game development] and their Configurations(CPU and GPU Model) so that I have a template as to what we actually need for game development (and compilation/rendering)

I am very new to this (i know C++, but nothing related to game development and 3-D rendering)
I have taken your Blender beginner course and a UE4 course.
I want an optimal experience with my first system.

Thanks for the help.

Well I have a Ryzen 3700X and GTX 1060 6GB and rather happy with them at the moment.
