The trainer advices us to get used to using the shortcuts. I think it’s a great tip 
But if you don’t have a QWERTY keyboard, this is nightmarish. Changing the shortcuts is pretty simple but google wasn’t really my friend this time. So I share with you to gain a bit of time:
Edit > Shortcuts to open the “Shortcut” window.
There, you should create a new profile (upper left).
Then (still in this window), you should visit the following section:
- Tools
- 3D viewport
