Subdivision Apply Button not in Blender 2.9?

Does anyone know where the blasted Apply button for the subdivision modifier is in Blender 2.9?
Instructure shows this in 2.8 at 2:40 mark of video.

Hi
Modifiers can now be dragged using the dotted handle on the far right.
The common modifier functions are now in a drop-down.

You can also apply the modifier by mousing-over and pressing Ctrl A.
Also remember that most modifiers can only be applied in Object Mode.
