Strategy to get into flow

For me, deadlines is what makes it to maximize the likelihood Ill be in flow. I need a quiet place as well where I feel safe, i.e. not a library where a stranger could (and will) accost me at any time. Exercice works but I struggle putting it in my schedule; it leaves me feeling drained. I actually prefer to wake up late, without an alarm. I plan on implementing an if-then reward system them
