Strange MSB3073 error while building project inside vs

hey, i have a strange error that showed up suddenly and I didnt change much, idk what it even mean. pls help cause i cant build my project :c

editor was closed but my computer said it wasnt kinda sus. If u have this issue just kill process from ue
