Has the stenciling worked on other items? If so can you find any differences in the way you are set up to do each?

the loin cloth is actually inverted any ways to fix that
Do you mean the model faces are pointing the wrong way?
If so select all, Alt N, recalculate outside.
If only the UV is flipped try selecting the faces, selecting in the UV editor, then pressing S;X;-1
