Statue, Table, and Chair Collide/Rotate Immediately on Play ALSO

Since the original question was closed, I am also asking the same question. My problem is the answer given was that they collide. All right. But how do we get to AVOID this behavior.

In the video, there is clearly no movement from the table or the lamp on play. They are totally stable until the cube interacts with them. On my end, I have tried on UE 5.0 and 5.1, and I get the same results. On play, the table seems to collide with the floor and starts spinning. Lifting it a bit higher seems to only make it fall to the floor and have it spin on impact. How can you enable physics and have the object rest on the floor unaffected until it collides with another object, as per the example in the video?
