So do i just assume the way in the video is outdated because i tried both ways of stashing and neither of them worked like in the video?
Edit: Nvm i didnt pay attention to the files being materials that cant be stashed lol my bad. I removed them

Try to stage the files first. Then click on the Stash button and enable “Keep staged changes”. Does that work?
Nah im pretty sure in the video he says u cant do that with these type of files/objects but i wanted to get rid of them so i just removed its all good now.
