This is a strange effect. At first sight I thought that the corridor was a stairway down to the door. It’s because of the diagonal wall plates (material).
The red lamps emission is tho high, than you get white lamp with red emmision (this is normal physics). lower emission to get a bright red lamp color. Add a point light (red color) for the emission.
