SourceTree Error 2019

So this guides a bit outdated now,
When I try to Stage my project I get this error… Not sure what these files are.

however adding them to the ignore list seems to allow me to Stage them.
Hopefully they arent important

Also after Clicking Commit in the bottom right, Nothing seems to happen,
I have committed multiple times with different names and I can not find any list of these different commits anywhere in Source Tree.

I finally was able to get this work by some divine miracle.
Something with Clicking the commit button and toggling some option under Push as Author needed to be unticked for the commits to finally take place. I can’t seem to produce that menu now as when I click commit, it instantly works.
