Hi there! I’ve encountered the same problem… Have you solved it by any chance?
I found something that worked if you ever see this again, You just have to close UE4 and Visual Studio.
That fixed it for me, after I closed the applications the file and others dissapeared so maybe they’re temporary files which get deleted once you close the application. Hope this helps!
