Hi, I am working on lesson 69. After I import the Terrain tools package. I got these messages. And it seems like I cannot see the texture after adding a layer.

Have you already tried to restart Unity? If the issue persists, try to install the three concerning packages in Window > Package Manager.
Which version of Unity do you use?
