Hi! I have blender 2.82a and spanish keyboard, and shift+f is not working.
The solution is go to view mode/navigation/walk mode and press right mouse button.
then shorcut, and pres shift+f

Thanks for the tip as i am guessing its azerty over qwerty?
the problem is for must non english keyboards, in this version of blender, but the solution is for all problems with non asigned shorcuts in this version.
