Solution 3 Please! How to create collision for complex object created in blender

I would like to know what solution 3 using blender would be? i would like to build my geometry in blender and then import to unreal and create collision. how do i do this?

Basically you use convex polygons for your collision and rename them with those prefix. Then you export your model and the collisions you made in the same .fbx.
