It’s coming along well. I noticed that my triangle count was a few thousand higher despite keeping settings pretty similar to Mike’s after the last lesson. After adding the solidify modifier, though, this lamp and Mike’s triangle count are pretty comparable.
Results look pretty similar. Having fun… looking forward to animate this.
