in cycles
really big differences between eevee & cycles with this scene, I have to set up the lighting completely differently to go between them.
in cycles with brighter lighting:

This is phenomenal! Really love the colors. It is crazy the day and night difference between cycles and eevee!

I intend to use Eevee more for its speed. But then, I hate the tweaking of the options and then still waiting minutes on the results. Cycles shows some samples in the beginning, which tells me to wait for more or abort the render. With Eevee, you need to wait the full render.
