Smooth Height gets stuck in one place

In lecture 4 of Argon Assault, Rick is working through some of the terrain tools.
I must have pressed something and the brush for Smooth Height got stuck in one place.
Other terrain tools are not stuck when I switch to them.
Wont follow the mouse, but will still smooth terrain in the place that it is stuck.
Opening and closing Unity did get it unstuck,
but it would be nice to know what I may have pressed to get it stuck in the first place,
so that I can avoid doing that in the future.

Which version of Unity do you use? If you use a laptop, make sure the power chord is plugged in.

I’m on a desktop. I’m using the version that Rick uses in the lectures. 2020.1.1f maybe?

There is a max and a min height defined in the Terrain. See the Mesh Resolution here. Maybe you heightened your terrain until you reached the limit?

However, if you already figured out that the brush gets unstuck after you restarted Unity, this could be a bug, and in that case, it might be a good idea to update to the latest stable version of Unity 2020.
