I took some time to do this one because I was having trouble with the basic head shape, so I wanted to go back over that first.
Overall, I’m very happy with number 4, maybe not with the shading but the shape. The shading on 3 I am especially happy with.

If I think away? the eyes of number 3, it is spot on!
Show only the shaded eye sockets.
Shading on 3 is really well done, but on 4 it’s clashing. Once again, think more about light direction, establish your light source and follow it. It’s like you were trying to light him from three different directions and couldn’t make your mind up.
