I find the use of shortcut keys very efficient and helpful, so I am glad that you are showing us how to use them. You make it clear enough, at least to me they seem clear enough, and the inclusion of the button data at the bottom of the video is really useful. I have in the past tried to watch some YouTube tutorials, and they are rushing away with shortcuts and I have no idea what they are or what they are doing, so I think you have got it just right. 
+1 piggyback on this post about the shortcut keys. I always tend to lean heavily on them in productivity applications just because of the speed and extra control.
