We noticed that Game Dev have a place were we can publish our videogame. But we saw that it appears that is for unity
The question is:
Can we share the progress of our game no matter that was maden with Unreal Engine 4?

If you are a student untertaking one of the Unreal courses here then you could share your progress here. The site is more for students of GameDev.tv who are undertaking courses through this site or on Udemy.
You might be more interested in services that itch.io offers which would enable you to share binaries for others to download and try out.
