Wanted to share a nice observation I found out. Rigging eyelids with shape keys is probably the easiest way if your character is low poly. What if its a character that has a few more vertices, it could turn out to be impossible to move them in the close position.
So, I noticed you can sculpt the eyes in the close position with the shape key set to 1 and you have a nice animation for the eyelids.

No problem. It’s really amazing when you start seeing your character alive.
