Select Action UI Visual Resource Corrupt

On Windows 10, after downloading and extracting the attached border texture (link pasted below), I get a warning about corrupted data. A macos folder seems to make it, but the unity file in there cannot be decompressed according to Unity.

Is there an alternative place I can go to get the asset?

I have just checked the package and it’s fine. It only contains the border image (and the macos folder you can ignore)
