Hey, I don’t know if this is the appropriate place to post here (maybe it should go under collaborate, or maybe job seeking/posts should be its own category) but I’m finding myself unexpectedly in need of a new job, as I just found out that the job I was just hired for is being eliminated. My background - I just graduated in September with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (before that, I also had a degree in music) and I’ve been working mainly with automated test development as well as some front end web development. I’m specifically looking for something with software or application development and programming. Am I looking for something specifically in games? At this point, no, but I wouldn’t be opposed to it, and since we’re all learning here, if there’s someone who’s willing to hire me and let me learn Unity (or whatever tool they use) I would be open to that too.
I’m in the Phoenix metro area, and we just moved, so we’d prefer not to move again, but we’re not opposed to relocating either.
